The Municipality of Spata - Artemida announces that online applications for enrollment and re-enrollment in the Municipality’s Infant and Childcare Centers for the 2025–2026 school year will be open from May 15 to June 6, 2025, through the website: www.spata-artemis.gr

Who can apply

• Childcare Sections: Children born between 01/01/2022 and 31/03/2023

• Infant Sections: Children born between 01/04/2023 and 31/07/2024

Required documents for all applications

• Online application form (Ηλεκτρονική Αίτηση)

• Family status certificate (Πιστοποιητικό Οικογενειακής Κατάστασης)

• Tax documents:

  • Copy of Income Tax Return 2023 (Φορολογική Δήλωση Έτους 2023)

  • Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate 2023 (Εκκαθαριστικό 2023)

• Medical certificate from a pediatrician confirming the child’s good health and up-to-date vaccinations (Ιατρική Βεβαίωση Παιδιάτρου)

Additional documents depending on family situation

For working parents:

• Work certificate and recent payslip for public sector employees (Βεβαίωση Εργασίας /Μισθοδοσία)

• Employer’s certificate with salary details for private sector employees (Βεβαίωση Εργοδότη και Σύμβαση Ιδιωτικού Τομέα)

• Declaration for family business involvement (Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση)

For unemployed parents:

• Valid OAED unemployment card or unemployment certificate (Κάρτα Ανεργίας ΟΑΕΔ ή Βεβαίωση Ανεργίας)

For student parents:

• Enrollment certificate from a public educational institution (Βεβαίωση Εγγραφής Δημόσιου Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος)

For retired parents:

• Retirement certificate from insurance body (Βεβαίωση Συνταξιοδότησης από Ασφαλιστικό Φορέα)

• Court custody decision or separation documents (Δικαστική Απόφαση Επιμέλειας ή Έγγραφα Διάστασης)

• Disability certificate for parent or child (Πιστοποίηση Αναπηρίας ΚΕΠΑ ή Βεβαίωση Νοσοκομείου)

• Military service certificate for parent (Βεβαίωση Στρατιωτικής Θητείας)

• Host residence declaration (E1 of the hosting party) (Αντίγραφο Δήλωσης Ε1 Φιλοξενούντος)
