Every year, it's the exact same story: schools close, schedules get hectic, and finding a safe, high-quality, and budget-friendly way for the kids to spend their summer break feels like an impossible puzzle for every parent. The stress of balancing work with meaningful activities for your children is overwhelming, but this year's opportunity is about to let you breathe a huge sigh of relief.  

A block of spots has been secured **completely free of charge** for children aged **6 to 12 years old** (born between 2014 and 2020) at the popular youth summer camp in [**Agios Andreas, Nea Makri**](https://www.facebook.com/CampAthens/?locale=el_GR). Located just a stone's throw from our area in a lush green setting right by the sea, it's a chance for kids to experience the ultimate summer: games, swimming, making new friends, and gaining independence---all while giving parents total peace of mind that their children are making unforgettable memories in a safe environment.

Summer Camp Sessions for 2026

You can choose the two-week session that best fits your family's summer schedule:

* **Session A:** From Friday, June 26, 2026, to Thursday, July 9, 2026

* **Session B:** From Sunday, July 12, 2026, to Saturday, July 25, 2026

* **Session C:** From Tuesday, July 28, 2026, to Monday, August 10, 2026

* **Session D:** From Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to Tuesday, August 25, 2026

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)
---------------------------

Applications must be submitted online, and the entire process needs to be completed **by Friday, May 22, 2026**. Since the spots designated for our municipality are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, we highly recommend submitting yours as soon as possible:

1. **Step 1:** Head over to the official registration portal at [camps.cityofathens.gr](https://camps.cityofathens.gr/) and fill out the online application.

2. **Step 2:** As soon as you complete the online form, **you must** email a copy of your submitted application to **athlspa1@yahoo.gr** (the Sports Department for the Municipality of Spata-Artemida) so your child can be officially registered under our local regional quota.
