Saturday, February 14: Festivities in Spata
The celebrations kick off on Saturday at 11:00 AM at Xenofontos Square. Highlights include:
• Interactive entertainment and the traditional "Gaitanaki" ribbon dance.
• Creative workshops for kids, featuring bubble shows and face painting.
• A colorful parade of carnival floats through the central streets.
Sunday, February 15: The Heart of Carnival in Artemida
On Sunday, the action moves to Artemida with two main events:
• Grand Parade (12:00 PM): The carnival parade will take place along the Artemidos Avenue pedestrian zone, featuring impressive floats, stilt walkers, and the Municipal Philharmonic Band.
• Live Concert (1:00 PM): Following the parade, the party continues at the Artemida Cultural Center. The legendary Tonis Sfinos and Antonella will take the stage for a high-octane show filled with disco vibes. Please note that admission to the Cultural Center is free for the public.
