### **Who is eligible to participate?**

For the 5,000m and 10,000m races, anyone born in 2009 or earlier can take part. For our younger friends, the 1,000m kids' races are open to all elementary and middle school students.

### **What are the age categories for awards?**

Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each category:

* **Men**: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
* **Women**: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
* **Kids (1k)**: Boys and girls divided into two groups (born 2016-2019 and 2013-2015).

### **How do I register and what is the cost?**

Registration is done exclusively online through the artemida-sunset.spatarun.com website. The cost is €10 for the 5k and €12 for the 10k, while the children's race is completely free.

### **What runner support is provided?**

The organization provides full electronic timing, hydration stations with water every 2.5km, and a dedicated storage area for personal belongings at the Artemida soccer field.

### **When can I pick up my participation package?**

Pick-up for the timing chip and official race t-shirt will take place at the Spata Municipal Stadium (behind the stands) during the following hours:

* **Thursday 6/4 \& Friday 6/5:** 6:00 PM -- 9:00 PM.
* **Saturday 6/6:** 10:00 AM -- 1:00 PM.
* **Sunday 6/7 (Race Day):** 5:00 PM -- 6:00 PM (Strictly at the Artemida Municipal Soccer Field).

Organization and Safety
-----------------------

The Organizing Committee, led by Giorgos Paschos and Kostas Monokrousos, has ensured the full safety of the runners. Throughout the races, a fully equipped ambulance, a doctor, and two rescuers will be on-site.

| While medical certificates are not required, participants are expected to have undergone a preventive medical check-up, as they compete exclusively at their own risk. It is also recommended to secure your belongings, as the organizers are not responsible for any losses in the storage area.

The course is flat and marked on public roads. 10k runners will complete two laps, with completion time limits set at 70 minutes for the 10k and 40 minutes for the 5k.
